The girl that mikasa saved was the girl from season 1 when that titan was going towards those people because Reese (whom was the father of the fat dude that said look me in the eyes and say I can trust u hange on this episode) was blocking the gate to one of the cities

it was interesting to see that flashback mikasa had of eren killing those kidnappers, she always saw that moment as good memory of eren saving her life but this time she saw eren more as a psycho, it's like shes starting to think differently about eren after all the shit hes doing lool
