Just to add, in Volleyball, you get to serve again and again as long as your team scores the point. Tadashi is a "Pinch Server", meaning that usually, he's put in the game to cover for a player with a weaker serve (in this sequence, he covered Hinata). Karasuno didn't put him out after Seijoh scored. He's supposed to get out as it's the opponent's turn to serve.

I have no idea why dub decided to call only him by the first name. But in sub everyone calls him Yamaguchi.

Thank you for the reaction! Just wanted to point out the reason why Yamaguchi was switched out after Aoba Josai got a point is because he's a pinch server and that's basically all he can contribute to the game. He can't really block or spike as opposed to Hinata. With that logic in mind, Hinata can't serve well therefore, Yamaguchi steps in when needed. Hope this makes sense! :)
