Well they have to act like they don’t know what’s happening because there’s people who haven’t read the manga so they can’t spoil. Their reactions felt pretty legit to me knowing that they’ve already read manga.(I think they stopped reading it)

That eye we just saw was Momoshikis Byakugan. The eye that Boruto had in episode 1 was different (you can tell because the sclera of that eye is black and not white). That eye is called the Jougan and we still know pretty much nothing about it
