Boys, just a non-spoilerish little reminder about arcane stage: Arcane stage is that from people who has weird, unexplainable powers, like Asta that has anti-magic, and Nero that has sealing magic (also she was embedded in forbidden magic). You can try and guess what and if there are other characters has "otherworldly" powers. Arcane is not necessarily strong than stage 0, it is a "special" stage that classifies those weird magic people who can harm and kill devils
