Kisaki made Valhalla as a gift for Mikey. In doing so he lured Kazutora in so Mikey can kill him, the rest of Valhalla can see how badass and cool Mikey is, and join him. The overall goal of Kisaki, if Toman wins then the guys in Valhalla will want to join Toman, and if Toman loses then Valhalla will take over Toman and make Mikey the leader. Kisaki just wants to grow Toman and get close to Mikey.
