Unless you're willing to jailbreak your phone and risk bricking it, theres no native way to activate multi media and split screen on iphones. The method i know of is on all samsung galaxy phones.

That was intentional. We just got back our creator page after it being suspended for copyright infringement by viz media and amniplex. Bleach, boruto, demon slayer, hunter hunter, and jojo reactions were removed from our Patreon over night. We expect patrons to sync up there copy of the anime with ours through the use of the timer. Ill be making a video going into deeper detail about all this and how you guys can easily do this even on your phones.
