You don't have to talk to them and it's nothing to do with how they look, it's the vibe they're giving off? That's their frequency. If it's low, you feel it. And if yours is low, other people feel it, or worse, its so low its almost like no one sees you and you often feel ignored! The quickest way to change that is sending feelings of gratitude. Or love if you prefer to call it that!
