I've been working dilligently on Kobold Adventure for the past year, doing a lot of back-end work in order to create a standalone version of the game. I've succeeded in this endeavour, and a beta build went live in January. This is version number 2.99, which has both a desktop .exe and an Android .apk, on top of the usual online version and the Node.js local server version. It also contains a lot of new artwork.
I am currently wrapping up work on a bunch of bugfixes to deal with a few critical issues that remain in 2.99 and in the dev tools I made for myself to produce all of these different versions. Once that is done, I will send Patreon introduction messages to everyone, I will send merch to everyone who is (long) due it, I will update the credits and the fan art pages, and then version 3.00 will finally go live.
This has been a long time in the works because it's a bit more complicated than creating the game itself was. I have been radio silent, because almost all of the work I've been doing has been on the back-end side of things, instead of adding new content. It is hard for me to tell you guys what I'm doing without having new content to show for, since it makes me feel very inadequate as a creator. It pains me not to have a heap of new storyline for you guys to chew through, for once.
As such, 3.00 will not yet introduce any new scenes, nor will it contain any new content. However, moving from a solely web-browser-based application to a proper standalone was a necessary step in the development cycle of the game, that had to happen at one point or the other. The hard work is done now, and I dare say I'm pretty proud of the end result.
I'm very sorry 3.00 took this long to make, but I didn't want to half-ass it neither on the executable side of things, nor on the dev-tools aspect. Now that the major update is nearing completion, I am inching closer and closer towards being able to continue regular content delivery. Regular additions will resume as soon as 3.00 has been released. Thank you for your patience, and let's see where Moe's story will take them next!

I think it's a shame that you feel like you need to show new stuff in order to talk about your game. I really like it, although some parts of the story line are a bit hardcore for me XD.
