I've been sick for years, trying to make this dream work, and now I realize it never will. I'll never be a full on titty toy designer and that's okay. I'll live. I'm just exhausted, wore out, but also horribly miserably broke, broken, and feeling like a failure.

Better to try and fail then not try at all. There may be other chances, at minimum you can always pick up new ideas for the future.
