Chapter 412: We Are From Twenty-Five Thousand Years Ago
🕑 Added 2025-10-12 05:48:20 +0000 UTCSometimes, being a bit thick-skinned can be quite entertaining. Although Cere and Cal found Noah's statement very shameless, and they didn't quite understand what he meant mainly because of the translation difficulties, the general meaning being that he was very powerful. However, upon closer thought, they felt there was nothing wrong with the statement, because the "Force" Noah displayed was truly terrifyingly excessive!
Cere had never experienced such intensity of the Force before. She had a feeling that perhaps very few people could surpass this "Force"! It's important to know that Cere was also a Jedi Master before cutting off her connection to the Force, so her judgment was sound.
However, she had never seen or heard of anyone with such powerful Force, which couldn't help but make her ponder deeply.
But soon, Cere shook her head. Whatever she thought now was probably useless, because she and her companions were probably in big trouble.
"Have you calmed down?" Noah glanced at Cere and the other two, then looked at Cal's lightsaber. Honestly, Noah really didn't understand how this so-called parallel universe was calculated. Could the Star Wars world also be considered a parallel universe? Or was it that this cursed place also had its story set in the Milky Way, which was why Noah had a chance to get in?
In this parallel universe, Noah felt that this world seemed to lack intensity? The three people he had frozen the alien was an ordinary person, and the other two were tier three and tier four. Was this what Jedi Knight ranks were like?
Noah scratched his head. He felt like he had just arrived in this world like a max-level character walking into a novice village, with no difference at all. Of course, Noah didn't dare to be 100% certain, because the Star Wars world still had existences like Master Yoda who lived for over nine hundred years. And there were many other powerful things in the Star Wars world, such as their technological level. Noah remembered that the Empire created something called the Death Star, which could blow a planet into pieces, leaving no trace.
"Should I bring some technology back to this world?"
Noah secretly thought, and soon he felt that this was feasible. Although Loki would also provide Noah with some outdated Asgardian technology, Noah would never complain about having too much technology anyway, he couldn't understand it, so he would just dump it all on Tony. Noah believed that the combination of technology and magic was a good path and was naturally willing to lay the groundwork for its development.
"I apologize, three of you." Perhaps realizing that circumstances were stronger, Cere spoke while Noah was contemplating: "We were impulsive. I apologize for our actions."
"You were indeed impulsive, madam." Noah raised an eyebrow. He hadn't even moved, yet Cere and the others immediately felt the restraints on them disappear, and all three of them fell to the ground. "Let's talk about the current situation. We haven't been seen for a very long time."
"Haven't been seen for a very long time?" Cal, Cere, and Greez all showed strange expressions. In fact, even Thor and Loki looked similar. However, Loki was very savvy.
Already playful by nature, he immediately guessed some of Noah's mischievous ideas. He immediately grabbed Thor, who was about to speak, telling him to be quiet, then his eyes constantly darted around, ready to cooperate with Noah at any moment.
"I'm sorry, three of you, how long is this 'very long'?" Cal hesitated, asking curiously.
"Hmm?" Noah stroked his chin. "It seems that before we entered the Void, a bunch of people signed some agreement on Coruscant? Oh, I think it was called the Galactic Constitution."
"???" Signed the Galactic Constitution on Coruscant?
Wasn't that something that happened over twenty-five thousand years ago? Wasn't that when an old Republic was born and became the cornerstone of the future Galactic Federation? How could these three people
possibly be from then? And what was the Void?
"Are you sure that when you left, they were signing that thing?"
"I'm quite sure. There were constant conflicts back then, and we, the Equilibrium faction, were unwilling to participate in such conflicts, so we chose to leave." Noah spoke vaguely. He could only remember these things.
However, Noah felt that this was for the best, as the time span was indeed large enough, and there was one thing Noah didn't mention, which was that in the use of the Force, there truly was a faction like his "Equilibrium Sect" though not by that name.
In the original work, the Force was either the light side or the dark side, but there was also a unified theory, only this theory was rarely known. Noah did not use the Force; he used magic. His magic was no different from that unified theory.
It should be known that the life mentor Camille once said that the world is neither black nor white, but a delicate gray. Isn't gray a combination of black and white? This sentence was one of the most inspiring sentences for Noah, and it also ran through his magic career.
Whether black or white, whether justice or evil, power is power. What Noah had to do was to master power, not become a slave to power. This world's use of the Force truly pushed emotions to the extreme. One was not to be angry and be a saint, and the other was to let emotions lead oneself to darkness. Noah just couldn't understand, was it that difficult to control one's spiritual power well and master both sides of the force? It's all about unified theory, and there are still so many stories?
"Alright, I'm not a Star Wars fan, I'm a mage. This isn't difficult for me, but it's hard to say if it's difficult for the people of this world." Noah shook his head and stopped thinking about the problem. Looking at Cal and the other two, who were immersed in confusion and shock, Noah found it quite interesting. However, Noah didn't bother them, letting them slowly come to terms with it themselves.
"Balance?" After a long while, Cere finally came to her senses: "What do you mean by the 'Balance Faction' you mentioned?"
"I don't know what you're like now," Noah said, feigning seriousness. "Back in our time, there were two major factions: one called the Light Faction and one called the Dark Faction. One strictly adhered to rules, and the other acted recklessly, and both sides truly fought fiercely."
"Light side, dark side!" Cal suddenly understood something: "So, the 'balance' you mentioned, does that mean you can control the power of both sides of the
Force?"
"Is it strange?" Noah found it really funny. "Are you planning to be the master of power, or are you planning to be a slave to power?"
"What!" Noah's single sentence instantly stunned Cal and Cere. This was truly the first time they had seen such disrespect for the Force! Most importantly, this guy, who looked to be only about twenty years old, who knew how long he had lived as a monster, because his Force was terrifyingly irresistible!
But, wasn't respecting the Force and respecting rules the most basic thing about using the Force? Not being a slave to power? Simultaneously mastering the power of both sides of the Force? Was such a thing really possible? It could be said that they had never even heard of such a thing! But looking at these three guys in front of them, they felt it was better not to say these words, because who knew what would happen.
The conversation had pretty much run its course, and the entire ship was exceptionally silent. Noah also noticed this, so he didn't ask what time it was anymore. After dinner, Noah and his two companions randomly found a place to rest in the ship, while Cal and his two companions were clearly agitated and did not approach Noah and his friends.
"Tell me, do you know about this world?" Loki immediately asked after casually casting a soundproofing spell.
"I know a bit, I guess." Noah didn't deny it: "This world seems very similar to a movie from our Earth. I'm not sure about the exact timeline, but I know some general things."
"Oh?" Thor frowned. "This isn't our world? Can we go back?"
"Exactly, but there's no need to worry." Noah nodded. "We came through a light curtain, meaning this is still the Milky Way. It's just a parallel universe. God knows what went wrong to make it like this. We need to wait a few days for this world's teleportation to recover, then we can leave."
"Is that so?" Thor breathed a sigh of relief, then smiled: "That's good, I was worried we couldn't go back."
"Actually, it's better here." Loki suddenly spoke. "Haven't you noticed that this world seems to have very few restrictions on us, and in this universe, I don't have to worry about that guy Thanos!"
As soon as Loki spoke, Noah and Thor understood his idea. It must be said that this method was indeed good, and Noah also seriously considered the question. It truly gave Noah a very good hint! If they truly couldn't defeat Thanos, escaping to a parallel universe to avoid disaster didn't seem like such a bad idea, did it?
However, Noah felt that this might not work, because Noah's future position determined that he probably couldn't run away. And Earth still had a lot of Noah's relatives and friends; what would happen to them if Noah ran away? After much thought, Noah felt that this could only be a backup plan, worth considering but not to be spoken aloud.
Thor, on the other hand, was more direct. He glared at Loki: "The trouble you caused, don't you want to solve it, but rather escape? Besides, what do you want to do here? Affect the development of this world? I think this world won't be without people who can deal with you. Do you still want to bring trouble to our world?"
What Thor said wasn't unreasonable. Loki glanced at Thor with an embarrassed expression, then looked at Noah. Finally, he could only sigh helplessly. He knew this plan of staying was thwarted, at least for now, he couldn't convince these two.
"Alright, alright, then what should we do while we wait?" Loki shrugged helplessly.
"We can learn about this world. Oh, and remember that we are from twenty-five thousand years ago, don't give us away." Noah said directly.
"No problem, I won't cause any trouble. It's mainly this idiot here, I'm afraid he'll mess up. Besides learning about this world, do we just wait?"
"We can also look at the power of this world; there will always be something to gain, won't there? And, the technology of this world is truly not weak."
