its says like that because, when you collected raspberry badge they're 3 badges is equal to 1 request. that is the amount of request you got and its 3. also 1/3 just indicates how many more badge you need to collect again for a new request.

I know I collected more than enough, but on your image it says 3/3 for me, while in the strawberry column two other patrons actually show they have more than enough with 5/3 and 7/5 so I was slightly confused.
for raspberry holder you need to collect 3 to get 1 pin up, you already collected 7.
you need at least 3 badge for a comic. also someone already got the comic first, like i said pm me the details ahead on.
I had wanted to request a comic actually, not a pinup request, so does that mean I have 0/4 instead of 2/4? Plus I wanted another commission if you're not too busy.
