Simple break from established canon, really. Although, Anne's quirk does have margin for improvement. If we just assume this pic takes place maybe a year after A Quirky Night, and Anne has been practicing with her quirk, such a size is not unrealistic ;p

I thought she said her fat reserves were limited; ain't no way she could have achieved that level volume for her breasts and butt-cheeks at the same time. Not complaining, but did I miss something, or just a simple break from in-universe reality?
