[Patch] Fix and improvements related to [Pre-processing Boost]

This patch includes following improvements:
- Improve video quality.
- Improve video conversion speed.
- Reduce space usage.
- Fix bug: In some situations, video stream will become shorter when [Pre-processing Boost] enabled.
- Fix UI issues.

Okay, there is definitely some problems with bitrate control in the latest beta, I am working on it right now

Anyway, I am gonna check the codes now and see if I can further improve the video encoding

It could be the original video is a variable frame rate video and it was not processed by segment, so the result video is much smaller. OR, my changes in the latest beta some how make the video more compressed.

Okay, I just noticed you are repling to an old post, so are you using the latest stable/beta?

It might seem a but fuzzier, albeit earlier sizes were around 2-3 GB

Idk, it's the quality alright? There are some changes in the last beta which could affect the video file size

Hmm my 4K60FPS anime file seems rather small in size (around a few hundred MBs in HEVC), is this normal?
