Ok thanks for the tip. I'll play around with it a bit. AV1 file size savings are really Impressive.

GUI is using FFmpeg for video encoding, so you can use AV1 encoder by changing the custom video settings, although I don't recommend changing those setting, could cause ERRORs. VVC(H266) is not supported by FFmpeg.(At least not by the version included in the package)

Nice now I can shitpost webms faster. Also AV1 or VVC encoding compatibility even without HW acceleration would be sick in the future.
