Thank you for the suggestion, I will add an option to make the whole video processing process lossless in the future updates

Would adding support for ProRes as an output codec be impossible (due to licensing issues or whatnot?), it used to work through the custom video settings but it seemed to break in one of the updates months ago. i'm using lossless x264 (-qp 0) now. i preefer to set the output to lossless (or as close to lossless as possible) so i can split the workload and more easily finetune the final encode. a codec designed for that would probably work best though. just a suggestion
