- ⭐When upscaling and interpolating videos, videos with frame rate higher than the specified frame rate are no longer simply skipped, but only upscaled.

Can you skip that for the interpolate changes too (that if the same resolution is chosen but a different frame rate, the video is only interpolated and not upscaled)?
