A NEW high quality Anime upscaling model for RealESRGAN engine will be available in the next update
Compared to the x4plus-Anime model, the new model retains detail better and the image is "cleaner".
And here are 12 comparison results, I compressed 12 high quality images to 1080p and 720p jpgs, then upscaled the compressed jpgs using the new model and x4plus-anime

Looking forward to the new model. I've had the best results using RealESR General WDN x4v3 since the anime version usually destroyed all detail. The blush and lip highlight retention in the preview images looks really promising.
