I have been waiting for something like this for a long time! I am quite excited - fantastic work! Just curious - is this using a VAE (for example MSE type) to smooth and improve details such as eyes (a current weak spot), or is a VAE baked-in to this new model? I'm always quite interested in improvements to the realistic side, and how that pushes forward realistic video applications. It is a very interesting area of research and development!
