OK thank you! I just noticed that the issue only occurs for videos that are processed in multiple segments

Okay, I will check out this issue and see if I can better improve the fps syncing.

Forgive me insisting, but is there anything we can do to restore 23.976fps support? I don't know the compatibility benefits but –– changing the video speed makes the output video kind of …… useless =( And it seemed to work fine until a few releases back. Perhaps it's been addressed in the meantime? I love the newish 4x anime filter – it's incredible – and I want to use it more!

Love your app! There was a regression a few months ago - if I input CFR 23.976fps video, I get a 24fps CFR video out. Using Nvenc h265 / ESRGAN. Is that known?
