[Patch | Beta] Fix Video syncing issue in the v3.121.12-beta

You can download the attachment of this post and install it as an update package to fix this issue. This will reverse the FFmpeg plugin updates in the v3.121.12-beta.

This issue only affects v3.121.12-beta, the stable version isn't affected. You don't need to install this patch if you are using the stable version.
