[News] Fast, Sharp, and Tiny: Introducing the New AnimeVideo-Mini Model
🕑 Added 2025-07-23 09:30:12 +0000 UTCIn the NEXT update, a new Anime Video Upscaling Model, AnimeVideo-Mini-W2xEX, will be added. This model aims to achieve fast anime upscaling while preserving decent detail reconstruction and denoising ability.
Speed:
This AnimeVideo-Mini model is as fast as the Omni-Mini model
Quality:
To achieve high-quality anime upscaling with such a tiny model, I trained AnimeVideo-Mini using a large amount of synthetic data generated from a high-quality and diverse anime dataset.
And the anime upscaling quality of this model is significantly better than Anime4K and RTX Super-Res, coming close to AnimeVideoV3.
This model is trained to handle both image and video compression.

Not sure where to put this BUT, would it be possible in a future update to allow us to set custom output names? I deal with a lot of pictures would like the option for "original_file_name + custom_name" So "photo_1_Upscale.png" Thank you for your consideration!
