she can only transform into things that are "usable", so something that depends on a user. (eg. like a weapon or tool or clothes or a vehicle) she can only transform back to normal on her own after being used by someone or something else. if she transforms into that same object again, she still has to be used again to return to normal!

But wouldn't her first time transforming into anything be the once that she can't transform back from because she'd never transformed into it before? Maybe I'm confused by the wording.
