It's never a good time to be sick, but...
🕑 Added 2017-08-08 22:03:05 +0000 UTC I know it's never a "good time" to be sick, but come on, seriously bad timing! I went through all of the stress and exhaustion of the move, we finally got our internet working, then got my recording studio set up and I was able to record 2 or 3 things ... and then wham! I started getting a sore throat yesterday, and then was feverish all evening. Daddy put me to bed at 9pm with some nyquil because I felt like I'd been hit by a steam roller … runny nose, fever, coughing… it hit me fast and hard because I’ve been so exhausted I guess. He says my immune system must have been weakened from all the stress of moving.So, yeah... might not hear from me for a few days while I try to get my voice back and get well. But I do have another new release - #100!! I'm about to post it, this was our July Script Contest winner.

Thank you so much for the compliment on my work! I do have plans to eventually have her voiced, right now I am still trying to wrap my lobes around learning the basic programming, but once I've gotten the additional programmer to help me with the scripting, I will definitely be talking with you... which was my original goal and why I am a 'lurker' here in the first place. ;) Once I get a bit more established here, you can certainly count on me joining the fraternity! :D

Yes I was hoping I would shake it off quickly, but woke up this morning and my throat feels like I swallowed gravel :( I can barely speak. So going to be a few more days I guess...

:-( Sad to hear that. Maybe the whole stress because off the move pushed your Body and Mind to get oer your Limts. I hope you will recover quick and get well soon.

Thank you... it definitely makes it hard to sneak in some work when you have those little bursts of energy when you're sick, because my work generally involves my voice. But I guess this is a chance to catch up on my emails and planning my schedule and stuff. :)

Get better ! It's never funny to rule a one-man (woman) company and get sick but in your case is even worse since your main tool is your voice. So relax, take it easy and come back with that sweet youngish dirty voice we all love ;)
