Finally have my voice back and feeling (mostly) back to normal

I'm not 100% better, but at least I can talk now without coughing up a lung, and I have the stamina to stay up the whole day without one (or five) naps on the couch. So I'd say that's a marked improvement, and just in time for April to start!
