Today I’m sharing more of a listen than a watch but it’s a pretty epic one. I liken it to a ‘break glass in case of emergency’ kind of audio. If you’re in the middle of a mind storm and can’t stop thinking, a panic attack, a moment of fear or doubt, or simply just need to recalibrate and quickly find your center—between the music that you synchronize your breath to, and her words, you’ll find your Self back in Love. I guarantee it!
I’ve had it on my phone since 2012. Have a listen today, and save it to your phone’s home screen so you can quickly access it. I used it while in the hospital after having Max (with postpartum eclampsia), and I’ve used it over the years (even as recent as a couple of weeks ago with Covid) whenever I find it hard to sleep, especially if what’s keeping me up is a health thing. It works.
