Actually he did change, if you think about it. Not as drastically as some other characters, Tony being most often the source of comparison, but he still changed. He changed from "one life can be sacrificed, especially my own, for the greater good", a very soldier-like approach from hardest of times during WW2, to "not even one life should be sacrificed, period", as he processed the 70 years he missed out on and gained a lot he did not want to lose again. He changed from a man that follows orders to a man that can give them and for the betterment of others. Steve from First Avenger and Steve from Endgame are two quite different characters... Yes, his core attributes stayed the same, but attributes alone don't make a full character. That'd be a shallow character. No one likes shallow characters...

The video was great as usual. Jen by looks seems to really be enjoying the MCU but I honestly don't know what her reaction to Captain America will be. My main reason for being on Team Cap is because he never changed and always stayed to his morals even in his worst moments. So I would not be surprised if Jen did switch sides.

Yeah I'm actually really interested on Jen's thoughts on Captain America. She liked Thor more than I thought she would. But based on what she said she "likes" that seems like she would actually really enjoy Steve's path quite a bit. I'm really enjoying seeing her thoughts on these. Excited for more!

Curious what she'll think, Holden. I also love Captain America, one of my top three heroes, but I like that he is a real flip on the other formulas of MCU heroes. He is not a jerk who becomes a hero because of adversity. He is a hero who stays a hero throughout adversity. Should be an interesting discussion!
