Great reactions, Jen! Like so many others, Ant-Man was surprisingly amazing for me. Starting in Phase 2, the final movie of each phase is a light-hearted, palate cleanser. Civil War along with a darker MCU Phase 3 fast approaches! #teamstark

Just brighten up my day! So glad Jen liked ant-man, he has a way of growing on you (rim shot) lol anyways, cant wait for civil war, one of the top 5 movies IMO of all the MCU. And yes! Waiting a year or 2 was what made you a fan, breaking down every trailer, talking about theories, it just solidified how much the MCU meant to you, Im happy you dont have to wait so long. Phase 3 is like great movie after great movie, enjoy!

I’m glad she enjoyed it. I was really worried she wasn’t going to like it. I will admit I had the same reaction as you both did when Ant-Man was announced. I wasn’t really excited for it. I didn’t like Hank Pym in the comics and I didn’t know much about Scott Lang but knowing that Paul Rudd was the lead, who I love as a comedian, I figured it would be okay at best. And of course I HAVE to watch every Marvel movie since they’re all connected. I remember walking away being blown away by how entertaining it was. Now Ant-Man is one of my favorite characters. I think Paul Rudd deserves a lot of credit for that.
