Tom Holland is by far the most accurate Spider-Man as far his mannerisms. Also Spider-Man never was really a leader of the avengers hell he’s one of the last heroes to actually join. The leadership has usually been between Wasp, cap, iron man and Thor. Black panther is the current leader.

Excellent reactions, Jen! The writing of this movie is perhaps the best in the MCU and created the perfect balance of divisiveness between our favorite superheroes. Both sides have legitimate rationale and their conflict pained us all. Phase 3 is much darker than the earlier movies and there’s so much more coming! #teamstark

Oh man. I was waiting for this one due to the fact that Holden likes Cap and Jen likes Stark. Never clicked on a video so fast in my life. It did not disappoint. I’m actually quite surprised that Jen recognized Stark’s mistakes in this movie since she appears to always give her favorites a pass. Here’s the funny thing about this movie. As I mentioned in a previous video, I never liked Cap in the comics. I always found him to be lame and vanilla. Chris Evans’ portrayal made me start liking the character. This movie cemented that. I found myself easily on Team Cap. Granted, I’m biased because as you know, I absolutely cannot stand Tony Stark but I found myself agreeing with Cap’s stance. I admit that Stark had some points but I always have a hard time finding anything he says as genuine. I’ve also mentioned before that every movie that goes by I find myself hating Stark more and more. This movie was no different in that sense. But back to being Team Cap, that was weird for me because I always tend to lean towards the villains. Mostly because I can understand them, why they do what they do, and can often times emphasize with them (the morally grey villains). So finding myself agreeing with and rooting for a Boy Scout like Captain America was strange. Maybe it’s because, at least for me, when one watches these movies you look at them as if they were real people. You start to feel for the characters and get attached to them. Watching this movie I felt like Cap would be someone who would look out for the little guy. Someone who would care about my freedoms and my well being. I don’t get that sense with Stark. I feel like if it doesn’t benefit him in some way then he doesn’t care. Now, I can’t speak on future events because spoilers, but at the time this movie came out that’s how I felt. I also wanted to mention that I loved Tom Holland’s portrayal when this came out. I’m in the minority in that I didn’t like Tobey McGuire’s portrayal. For me, he was the most un-Spider-Man-like Spider-Man. Too serious. I enjoyed the movies, just not his portrayal. Tom Holland to me, was what I always envisioned a live action Spider-Man being like. Very much looking forward to the next video. It’s driving me crazy having to wait! Veruca Salt in Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory had the right idea. 🎶 Don’t care how, I want it now! 🎵
