[Blackleaf Forest] The Seal of the Blackleaf Confederation
🕑 Added 2019-02-17 23:44:20 +0000 UTCHappy Sunday, folks. I'm working on putting out a new Gazetteer today. While writing it up, I got a wild hair and decided to create this nifty emblem representing the seven city-states of the Blackleaf Confederacy.
The tree in the center is the forest itself. It's on a black circle surrounded by a white border, representing the Eternal Eclipse. Each of the stars is one of the City States, and the phoenix icon at the bottom is, of course, for Enombath.
What do you guys think?

I probably took some notes from Minas Tirith. ;)
it's so good, as sam said, the simplicity of it makes for a very credible design for a fantasy setting, I can totally see this being used in a movie, well done 👏
