[Gods of Wandrossa] Forge Godly Domain

The forge domain is all about technology, defense, and constructs (I changed Arcana's domain powers, by the way).
In addition, when you hit level 14, you can create a volcano capable of destroying all of your enemy's settlements. Isn't that nice?

Good questionon volcanos and settlements. I'll probably do a little revision clarififying some rules before we start. The beginning is going to be... well... probably sloppy. We'll call it 'The Chaos Times" LOL
If your volcanos become dormant for whatever reason, and then you get the ability to create active ones again, do your dormant ones become active again or do they stay dormant? If so, would they prevent future volcanos from being formed? Also, for the superior defenses power, does it involve ALL settlements, or just YOUR settlements?
