[Drakecrags] The Bog of Hingwell and the Altar of Tragedy

First up is the Bog of Hingwell, a massive swamp on the eastern fringe (roughly 50 miles from Tamor) of the Drakecrag Region. It's... not a happy place.
There, along the foul waters of Hingwell Tarn is the accursed Altar of Tragedy.
Three more locations to open up before The Drakecrag Region joins the game.
