[Patreon Exclusive] Strange Races | Create Your Own 5e Races in 20 Minutes or Less
🕑 Added 2019-09-21 06:38:23 +0000 UTCAs promised, here is Strange Races. It includes everything you need to create a race, using a point system I put together myself. This is the first version of the book, so I'm sure to have some adjustments as I go down the line.
Also, expect to see this in BroadSword #3 in the appendices as well as in Buckler at the end of this month.

Edit: fixed a few typos and clarified the sub-races section. Also, someone pointed out that the Magic Resistance was 1. It's supposed to be 42. Quite different!

Page 5 - Circumstantial Advantage has a typo where instead of skill you put skull. You put Darkvision twice. Page 6 - You have Mask of the Wild for two different abilities. Other than these few typos I found the material within is solid. I honestly like the concept of being able to balance a homebrew race against the others and will probably be using it for my current campaign cause I'm making allegories for famous Feudal Japanese warlords some of them I want to be non-human, non-core race...for example the allegory for Tadakatsu Honda and his daughter Ina, I want to make them a Minotaur variant that is based on Deer.
