At 3rd level, a bard gains the Bard College feature. The following College of the Band is available to a bard, in addition to those normally offered.

Oh yeah, good catch. I thiiink it's supposed to be +4
I believe there is a typo in the third level ability for guitar, it says that when it is fully advanced it gives a +14 bonus to spell save DC, which is incredibly powerful
