I've mentioned it a couple times in the discord but what about an absolutely massive worm, like the Shai Hulud, using the Epic Monsters rules you have for Mega Tarrasque and Cthulhu, have it be utterly gigantic and have strange magical effects like enthralling nearby creatures as well as projecting beams of magical energy from its mouth, it uses the enthralling aura to make hunting easier so it can just scoop up hordes of beings, but if its ever challenged by another equally massive Kaiju it can fight with maw, beams and its spiny armored hide, would call it a God Worm or something similar
