Just a heads up, but the BSM2's that are now on Amazon aren't the real deal. They are counterfeits. I'm currently in the middle of dealing with the issue with Amazon, but if you plan on purchasing one there, just know that it's not from me and it's likely that the content inside is not my own.

Cultural differences mostly. I suspect the seller is Chinese, which is super common on Amazon. The Chinese don't see it as "cheating" but just business as usual.
Sucks! Yeah it’s obvious they just took a picture of the cover and didn’t have the original digital file.
Dave I hope you don't have to waste too much of your time with this, it's no way to spend the holiday season. I just don't understand people most of the time and can't see there end game. Take care
