Returning Villain

We're a few days away from announcing our big theme for September (it's going to blow your minds away). Although I can't get away too much, I can say that Tom Cartos and I will be collaborating on a massive adventure to coincide with the theme.
As part of that adventure, I want to bring back one or more of my villains. But who should it be?

Wreros, I'm a sucker for maniac Tinker Gnomes and if you voice-play him Elmer Fudd style, he's hilarious! In my campaign, the players cast sleep and then gently tossed him overboard. Perfect 'ending' for a rematch villain.
I'll never not say dragons, but whatever you do will be nice in sure.
