Call for Suggestions - Crowdsource Death Trap Dungeon!

This is a little different than my typical call for one-word prompts. This time, I want each of you to give me a suggestion for something that happens in a room of a new dungeon I'm building. It can be anything you want—I'll write the mechanics for it and make sure it's balanced, you just give me what you want to happen.
Here are the rules.
Please follow them as they're here to make this as simple as possible:
1) Each suggestion should be no longer than FIVE WORDS. Long blocks of text will go ignored. Sorry folks, I know it's exciting, but let's keep it simple!
2) No mechanical suggestions such as DCs, damage, etc. I can handle all that.
3) Keep it clean. I don't mind a little gore and horror, but let's try to keep it PG-13 where possible.
4) You can suggest anything, but it still has to fit the adventure's level (probably somewhere around 5th). So if you suggest "they fight 10 Tiamats" I'll likely have to make some big changes to your suggestion.
5) Only one suggestion per patron!
6) There are roughly 70 rooms to fill.
Looking forward to seeing what you all come up with!
