I've put out some material about Anorian elves of Vaskil Valley before, notably today with the new bard subclass.
If you aren't familiar with Vaskil, it's where the "used-to-be-evil" elves, the Anorians, moved after their city got sacked 1,000 years ago. Now they live sort of a free-roaming vaquero'ish lifestyle there. They'll be featured in an upcoming adventure, too.
Question, though: before the Anorians moved into the valley, what other race was there that may or may not share the land? I've included a poll below with all of the SRD humanoid races. Pick the one that you think makes the most sense.

I felt that Lycanthropes were a good choice. It could be peaceful werebears that chose a secluded place to live and feel safer than among other races. Just a thought.

Have to agree. Always loved Lycanthropes but definitely something off the wall is in order.
