I'm aware that's the case, usually, but with new classes like Spore Druids and Fey Pact Warlocks plus the skills our esteemed Master of the homebrews brings with him that it could be done.
Alex Accardi
By definition, they can't be. How they form involves hating the beauty of the feywild and others.

Is like to see some Hags of Good and Neutral Alignments. We always see evil Hags, Which I understand is their natural state. That's why such variants would me so interesting.

I must be slow on the uptake then. What are you looking for? What's new and interesting to you? I'd love to hear about it.
Though I don't disagree with you, I feel like hags are so overdone. Give me something different.

Khuzhuk lore maybe? 👀
Kurt Pflegl
There is so much you can do with hags because of the nature of their chaos magic. The variations are infinite! I recently placed a green hag in the second adventure for a series I'm planning on publishing on DM's Guild. I had fun creating crazy items for the players to find in her lair. I'd love to see what you come up with and compare notes with mine!

There's a cool one in the Age of Worms path
There is a grimlock lair in Candlekeep Mysteries!

I've never seen a good Grimlock lair, but I have all the others.
