Fungus Grotto is a Fifth Edition plug-in adventure for four characters with an average party level (APL) of 3, 5, 8, or 11. This document offers details for each level and makes adjustments accordingly. The characters must travel into an abandoned fortress hidden along an underground river. A deadly planar fungus has consumed the inside.
