https://compressor.io/ there you can compress everything, should be fine for Roll20 afterwards
You can also try to convert it to a webp, IF it is maps or images we are talking about here.

The easiest way is to just cut them in half and assemble them on the screen. I try to make most of them at 9.5 or less. Which map in particular is causing issue?

I run into the issue with roll20 when files are over 10mb is there a way to get past this issue?
