The plasma fireballs are more epic with each test run. So the base vibrates off of its supports, why? The noise we hear is much higher hence will vibrate things?

Oof, don't let that little guy out. Ball lighting videos had their time in the lime light. On that note, I wonder how fast that ball of electron soup would rise in the open atmosphere. I guess it would be about the same as a hot arc rising. Still it would look cool. I'm sure you can work on an auto-tracking, self focusing maser to pull that off. Or just a focused beam pointing strait up. Would it be shaped like an upside down rain drop? Would the FCC let it slide just this once, for science?
