I assume OpenAI is going to be on-selling it's wafer capacity to affiliated companies, such as Nvidia, AMD and Microsoft (Azure), so that data center GPUs and RAM can continue to be made. Memory for those products won't be coming out of the 60% of wafers OpenAI hasn't monopolized, so consumer products made by those companies won't be competing for the same wafers.
