🕑 Added 2024-06-20 15:00:04 +0000 UTCThe rain casts forth a cool breeze upon the night. Discover the Church of Morena and learn a little more about the history and stories of the world.
Use this as a chance for reflection and relaxation.
Rest as Saint Strea guides you through the night.
Hi there! This is my first ever real sleep aid. I've recently been listening to sleep casts on Headspace and really enjoy them. They pretty much put me to sleep right away. So I became inspired! In this series (hopefully) we'll go through a number of wind down techniques which include deep breathing, body scanning, noting, visualisation and a few others. Saint Strea will be your guide to the world and explore more stories and histories of Morena. I hope this will help some people drift off or at least relax you. This is easy listening hopefully. Anyway I hope ya'll enjoy! Thanks for listening!
Sleep well,
Shi <3
