Tsukasa's card is fun. She immediately puts the entire table into a prisoner's dilemma. She insists you take her advice, and you can ignore her, but that doesn't mean other people will. Being a team game, Tsukasa is going to have allies who will certainly take advantage of her Ability. Can you afford not to?
Her spell card strongly discourages attacking her, but perhaps this fox's words are more powerful than her bullets.

I'd like to ask if Tsukasa's ability is correctly worded. Specifically in regards to longer games. Since any player can access the draws and she has no way of selecting who draws and who doesn't, it mostly benefits the team with the most players still alive, which just makes the losing team lose harder. The defensive benefits to herself are minimal. As it is, the ability is on the weak side of the spectrum. That can be fine if the character spell card makes up for it. Unfortunately, her spell card require her to get hit so she may as well have to pay 1 life to activate it. Which limits the times she realistically can use it and leaves her weakened even if she deters further attacks. While obviously we have not played with her yet, this comes from a bunch of nerds who religiously play Danmaku!! weekly. Thank you for your continued work.
