concrete island.

to make myself feel better about losing my tumblr, I decide to share with you this concrete island!
It was a mesh I made a while ago, for a house I wanted to build but never finished (that I also ended up losing when my computer crashed beginning of April). Long story short, an amazing & dear patron here sent me an inspo picture of almost this exact island, so I decided to share it with her after adding a few things and making it all pretty! I also wanted to share it with all of you guys, so here it is! It's nothing special, but it's one of those simple pieces that we all need at some point!
Here's some more details: this mesh is actually a bar, with a modified rig, I deleted the bar tending interactions & only kept the stools/high chair slots and the ability to drink and eat on it. Unfortunately, the sinks won't create a cutout, like on a real island counter, but it's still semi-functional, with an island height and ability to have higher chairs.

There is no kitchen counter in the picture, only the island and regular basic shelves.
