Complex parallax performance and quality increase

Captured with custom texture which is very unfriendly to parallax effect (because of sharp edges), you can see how much smoother shadows looks like in optimized version. Terrain complex parallax also have the same improvements, but they are less impressive as cache misses much worse there and not avoidable. By the way, fps here is for drawing parallax effect 5 times in 1080p resolution and these bit outdated screenshots, now framerate is around 200-210 fps there.
