ADHD in the Parks Day - October 4th! Set those reminders!

Hello, Brains!
I've learned about a cool "event" happening in October called "International ADHD in the Park Day!" It was created and started last year by a fellow ADHD Brain, Suzie Q., and she'd love all of our help in making it A Thing that happens annually on the first Saturday of October.
All you gotta do is show up to your favourite park with an ADHD book or Magazine on October 4th around noon. And see who else shows up with an ADHD book to connect and hang out! Or if no one shows up, then you get to see the sun and get some green time!
But if you really want a better chance at meeting some fellow local ADHDers, share this post with your local communities.
Don't have an ADHD book? That's okay, you can always grab one from the library! Don't have a recent ADHD magazine? An old one works just as well!
Don't have ADHD but want to support by showing up? You absolutely can!
On October 4th, join the fun by posting a picture of you (or just your book if you don't feel comfortable sharing your face!) in the park and use hashtag #ADHDParkDay.
(Don't worry. We'll post this again in late September as a reminder. Now excuse me while I go put this on MY calendar before I forget!)
