Social dancing. There are many different styles to choose from and try. Certain dance styles are pretty good exercise, Waltz and Swing, for example. This is how I spend most of my Saturday evenings. At one point I was dancing almost every night of the week. I don’t know where you live and how vibrant the dance community is there, but if you get a chance, I encourage you to try it.
