Hi, this is not relating this video (haven't seen it), but the poll you've just sent a reminder about. I wondered if that mail and the reminder were supposed to go out to all Patrons (including me as a brain bud) since I can't vote on it, or even read the post, unless I upgrade two levels to superbrain. I don't know how Patreon works, I'd expect an option to send posts just to certain tiers? I'd put this feedback in an email but it was a no-reply address.

Hey, I absolutely loved this video! My little girl just turned 2 a few weeks ago. Your advice on taking intentional time to recharge is so true and necessary. My husband and I split one day most weekends so he gets time to play disc golf in the morning, and I can go sit in a cafe and write in the afternoon. Parenting is the best and hardest thing we’ve ever done, and managing ADHD and a toddler at the same time has not been easy for me. Thanks for your thoughtful recommendations to help make this hard stretch easier! :)
